VibesNet – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VibesNet mobile application (the "App") and the Club & Community Management System (the "CMS") (together referred to as the "Services") developed and offered by IFW Techno Creations Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Use of the Services
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by your organization, association, or club to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the entity you represent.
1.2 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services strictly for community, club, or association management purposes. These purposes may include managing members, events, announcements, collaborations, and communication activities.
1.3 You agree not to:

Modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile the Services;

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;

Interfere with or disrupt the Services or the underlying networks;

Introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious content;

Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;

Collect or misuse personal data of other users without consent;

Use the Services for purposes that compete with our business.
2. User Accounts
2.1 You may be required to register and create an account to access certain features of the Services. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
2.2 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity related to your account.
3. Content
3.1 The Services may contain content provided by us, third parties, or by you. All content is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
3.2 You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, or share using the Services, including event information, member details, notices, and media. You represent that such content is accurate, truthful, and does not violate any third-party rights or laws.
3.3 We reserve the right to review and remove any content that violates these Terms, is inappropriate, or is misleading.
4. Communication & Networking Features
4.1 If the platform allows for interaction or collaboration between users or groups, you agree to engage respectfully and professionally.
4.2 Misuse of communication tools, including spam, misleading messages, or defamatory content, is strictly prohibited.
4.3 You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or outcomes of such interactions.
5. Club/Chapter/Community Management System
5.1 If your organization or community uses VibesNet for internal management, you may be granted administrator access. You agree to use this access in compliance with all applicable laws, internal policies of your organization, and these Terms.
5.2 You are responsible for the actions of members you onboard or manage within the system.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1 The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding performance, uptime, security, or accuracy.
6.2 We expressly disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6.3 We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 In no event shall IFW Techno Creations Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
