Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). VibesNet is designed to help clubs, associations, chapters, and communities manage their activities, members, and communication in a secure and efficient way.

To provide and improve our Services, we may collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, organization or club name, designation, and role.

  • Profile Information: You may voluntarily add profile details such as a description, photo/logo, social links, or website URLs to personalize your organization’s presence.

  • Event & Communication Data: When you use the app to create events, send messages, or make announcements, that information is stored to deliver those services.

  • Usage and Device Data: We automatically collect technical information such as device type, IP address, operating system, app version, and user activity (like pages visited and features used) to analyze performance and improve user experience.

  • Third-Party Integrations: With your explicit permission, we may collect information from third-party platforms you choose to connect, such as social media or directory platforms.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Set up and manage your organization’s account;

  • Enable secure communication, event planning, and member coordination within your group or community;

  • Send important system notifications, feature updates, or service-related messages;

7. Children’s Privacy

VibesNet is intended for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
